-There isn't a designated trash bin on-site. Instead, please dispose of your trash after the fire exit located in front of the lift. The building collects trash at 11 am daily.
-Tai Yuen's weekly cleaning day is on Thursday
-Tenants will be provided with an access card for the building gate and a physical key for the unit door. There is no mailbox key or door code.
