NPH Access Card

For every malfunctioned NPH gate card, it needs Chael or Eton to take it and attend to NPH building guard counter to meet up the daytime guard Mr. Pak. Then pass him the card with the S/N in order to let the guard to do update on the building gate card record, then the guard will replace a new gate card to us and take back the malfunctioned one card.
