Door Won’t Open – TT door lock

For those TT door lock There's a metal clips things to do fixing on the axis core part which is connected with the door handle on the front side to another side. So should be that metal clips things get loose, couldn't being fixed on it. And it makes need to do the reverse direction to do door open after the code.
