if we've gotten the contract stamped:
- We are always more than happy to provide the tenant a rental receipt and or letter if they need
if they haven't gotten the contract stamped and they never asked for it before:
- We first tell them what the cost would be, and propose the cheapest solution to the stamp duty by separating the contracts to minimize the penalty fee
- If they agree to bear the cost, then they we are happy to issue the receipt for them
