Cooker/ Stove showing E1 error code

In using the induction cooker, need to put a pan or pot on it. We have provided a pan and a pot for each studio unit. Then turn on power will work. Like now, it says error code E1 , it means she didn't put on any pan or pot on the cooker surface.
