Are the units at Fuk Lo Tsun directly facing the street? Is it noisy?

FLT unit 1A & 1B (bunk bed room) on  the 1st floor, as well as units 2H and 2I on the 2nd floor are facing Fuk Lo Tsun Road. It's not very noisy since Fuk Lo Tsun Road is not the main road.
