Aside from cash/check deposit and bank/wire transfer, you can also pay using your credit card via Stripe. We will be the one to send you the invoice.
But, please take note that there is a 5% processing fee which is added on top of the amount that you'll be paying.
" For payment using credit card for your security deposit, If you don't want to get charged of the 5% fee, you may temporarily pay the deposit, and upon check in, you'll be needing to pay the total amount of your security deposit and first month's rent, via cash/check deposit or bank/wire transfer. And after we received your deposit/transfer, then we can refund your credit card for the same amount (without any charge).
But if you will pay/agree for the 5% charge, then no need for you to pay the security deposit again, upon check in. "
- For payments via wire transfer (local or international) please take note, that we don't cover the wire fees on both sides (sender and recipient) so you need to pay for them to avoid deduction from your payment.
